job requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above in geological mining related majors;
2. Aged between 30-45 years old, with more than 8 years of work experience, more than 3 years of work experience in mining related positions;
3. Good English, fluent spoken language, barrier-free communication with foreign colleagues and clients;
4. Familiar with the market dynamics of the industry, understand the mining, processing and production processes in the mining area, and have strong production and management capabilities;

2.通過對獲得的地質(zhì)資料分析，參與編制勘察報告，繪制地質(zhì)圖件。
3.現(xiàn)場管理，督促、檢查施工隊按照要求規(guī)范作業(yè)
4.現(xiàn)場的簡單協(xié)調(diào)、管理工作
5.根據(jù)制定試驗方案取樣送檢
任職要求：
1.全日制大學本科以上學歷，取得地質(zhì)工程學專業(yè)學位
2.身體健康，能接受長時間野外工作
3.熟練掌握地質(zhì)勘探、測繪常用器具、軟件
4.具有較好的人際協(xié)調(diào)能力和溝通能力，有較好的文字表達能力和口頭表達能力。
5.基本技能要求：熟悉企業(yè)情況，熟悉施工材料，具備良好的職業(yè)道德，無不良行為記錄。
崗位職責：
1. 負責礦產(chǎn)項目部的日常經(jīng)營和管理，完成公司下達的目標；
2. 建立健全統(tǒng)一、高效的組織體系和工作體系；
3. 負責員工隊伍建設，提出和審核對下屬各部門的人員調(diào)配、培訓、考核意見；
4. 完成領導交辦的其他工作。

1. 地質(zhì)采礦相關專業(yè)大學本科及以上學歷；
2. 年齡在30-45歲之間，具有8年以上工作經(jīng)驗，3年以上礦業(yè)相關崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 英語良好，口語流利，與外籍同事客戶交流無障礙；
4. 熟悉行業(yè)的市場動態(tài)，了解礦區(qū)開采、加工生產(chǎn)流程，具有較強的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理能力；
5. 較強的領導決策能力、計劃與執(zhí)行能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、組織能力、外聯(lián)公關能力、綜合分析能力、判斷力、及突發(fā)事件處理能力；
